从青岛近海采取的扇贝中分离到1株对多种细菌具有拮抗作用的海洋细菌SA10,根据16SrDNA序列及常规生理生化反应鉴定为Pseudoalteromonas ruthenica。以15种弧菌、嗜硫小红卵菌(Rhodovulum sulfidophilum)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为供试菌株,分别采用平板点种法及杯牒法测定了SA10菌株及其发酵液对指示菌的抗菌活性及抗菌谱。通过测定SA10的生长曲线和产抗菌物质曲线对其生长特性进行了初步的研究。结果表明:该菌生长周期约为5d,其中延迟期相对较短,培养14h后进入对数生长期,36h开始产生抗菌物质,在56h左右,菌液的光密度达到峰值,60h之后即进入生长稳定期,72h抗菌活性最高,以后抗菌活性逐渐降低直至120h几乎消失。用超滤法根据不同的分子量分离SA10的抗菌物质,得到的抗菌物质分子量在10000Da以上。

The ultrafiltration method was used to separate the antibacterial substances of SA10 according to different molecular weights. The molecular weight of the antibacterial substances obtained was above 10000Da.
