新中国成立后,我国农业中等专业教育经历了恢复、困难、倒退、调整、改革和转型六个时期的历史变迁。受政治、经济、文化和社会等外部环境的影响,农业中等专业学校办学方向、办学能力、办学规模以及人才培养目标等均表现出明显的时代特征,并在办学宗旨、办学思路、办学形式和专业设置等方面积累了丰富的办学经验。在当前我国农村发展对实用型技能人才需求强劲的新形式下,发展农业中等专业教育必须借鉴历史经验,加大政策支持力度,从转变发展方式、推进机制创新等方面入手,优化专业设置,拓展发展路径,不断提升办学能力和水平,扩大培养规模,为农村进步、农业发展、农民增收提供强力人才支撑。
After the founding of New China, the agricultural secondary specialized education in our country experienced historical changes in the six periods of recovery, difficulty, retrogression, adjustment, reform and transformation. Influenced by the external environment such as politics, economy, culture and society, the secondary schools of agriculture showed the characteristics of the times, school-running ability, school-running scale and personnel training objectives. Professional settings, has accumulated rich experience in running a school. Under the new form of strong demand for practical talents for rural development in our country, the development of agricultural secondary specialized education must draw lessons from historical experience and intensify the policy support so as to optimize the professional establishment and development from the aspects of changing the mode of development and promoting the innovation of mechanism. Development path, and continuously improve the ability and level of running a school, expand the scale of training, provide strong personnel support for rural progress, agricultural development, farmer income.
