目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血心肌酶的变化及对临床分度的影响。方法对中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组共70例及正常足月适于胎龄儿124例分别检测血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),观察它们对HIE临床分度的影响。结果新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血LDH、CK、CK-MB浓度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),重度HIE患儿心肌酶LDH、CK、CK-MB浓度显著高于中度患儿。结论心肌酶的升高可作为HIE严重程度的一个客观评价指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and its effect on clinical index. Methods A total of 70 patients with moderate and severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 124 normal-term gestational age-matched children were enrolled in this study. Blood lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase Enzyme (CK-MB), observe their impact on the clinical classification of HIE. Results Serum levels of LDH, CK and CK-MB in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05) Degree of children. Conclusions Elevated myocardial enzymes may serve as an objective evaluation of the severity of HIE.
