采用KOH改性-低温等离子体(NTP)活化制备褐煤活性半焦催化剂,用于低温催化氧化NO的研究.考察了KOH改性浓度,低温等离子体活化电压和活化时间对NO脱除效率所带来的影响.研究结果显示,采用该法所制备的催化剂具有较低的灰分以及较好的碘吸附值,催化剂经NTP活化之后表面的碱性官能团增加,有利于催化活性的提高及活性窗口扩宽.经5%KOH改性,在氮气等离子体源、7.5 k V改性电压和1h的改性时间条件下制得的褐煤半焦催化剂具有较高的反应活性,在反应温度为125℃,NO的脱除效率可达47%.
Lignocellulosic activated semi-coke catalysts were prepared by KOH modification-low temperature plasma (NTP) activation and used for the catalytic oxidation of NO at low temperature. The effects of KOH concentration, low-temperature plasma activation voltage and activation time on NO removal efficiency .The results show that the catalyst prepared by the method has lower ash content and better iodine adsorption value, and the increase of basic functional groups on the surface of the catalyst after being activated by NTP is beneficial to the improvement of the catalytic activity and the expansion of the active window The lignite semi-coke catalyst prepared by 5% KOH modification under nitrogen plasma source, 7.5 k V VV and 1 h modification time has high reactivity. When the reaction temperature is 125 ℃, NO removal efficiency of up to 47%.
