目的:观察常规加半导体激光治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院收治的咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿172例,将拟采用的治疗方案观察表按照A、B交叉顺序排列,符合入选标准的患儿随机分为观察组92例和对照组80例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠口服,布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入等常规治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上,加用半导体激光治疗。分别于治疗后3天和7天对患儿进行详细检查并记录,评定疗效。同时,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总显效88例,占95.6%;对照组为62例,占77.5%;两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组中各5例出现哭闹不安,均较轻微,停药后消失。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:常规加半导体激光治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘,疗效好,且较安全。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of routine plus semiconductor laser in children with cough variant asthma. Methods: A total of 172 children with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. The treatment schedule was planned to be arranged in the order of A and B. The children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (n = 92) and control group (n = 80) . Control group was given montelukast sodium oral, budesonide, salbutamol inhalation and other conventional treatment; observation group in the control group based on the treatment, plus the use of semiconductor laser treatment. Respectively 3 days and 7 days after treatment of children with detailed examination and record, evaluate the efficacy. At the same time, observe the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 88 cases, accounting for 95.6%. The control group was 62 cases, accounting for 77.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group and the control group, 5 cases of crying uneasiness, are mild, disappear after stopping. No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion: Conventional plus semiconductor laser treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma, good effect, and more secure.
