农村教育是我国整个教育事业的重要组成部分,肩负着我国农村学生教育培养的职责。我国农村初中近几年办学条件逐步得到改善,办学质量与水平也不断提高,但与社会的发展,群众对教育的期望还有很大差距,随着教育工作向纵深推进,以及社会、家庭、学校对学生管理要求的不断提高,这方面的问题也就暴露出来了。现结合几年的工作实际,就农村学校管理工作谈谈自己粗浅的见解。
Rural education is an important part of our entire education and shoulders the responsibility of education and training of rural students in our country. In recent years, the conditions for running schools in rural junior high schools in our country have been gradually improved, and the quality and level of running schools have been continuously improved. However, with the development of the society and the expectations of the masses for education, there is still a long way to go.
