新经济是美国近年来经济发展中出现的新现象。它是在美国强大的经济技术基础上发展起来的以网络技术和信息技术为主要特征的经济。新经济的出现对国际经济政治格局产生了巨大的影响。新经济正在改变着人们的生产、生活和思维方式。正确认识新经济现象的特点和它产生的根源 ,抓住新经济带来的历史机遇 ,迎接新经济带来的挑战 ,推动我国经济的健康快速发展 ,是我们需要认真研究的一项新课题。
The new economy is a new phenomenon emerging in the economic development of the United States in recent years. It is an economy characterized by cyber technology and information technology developed on the basis of the powerful economic technology of the United States. The emergence of a new economy has had a huge impact on the pattern of international economic and political developments. The new economy is changing people’s ways of production, living and thinking. To correctly understand the characteristics of the new economic phenomenon and the root causes of the new economic phenomenon, it is a new task for us to seriously study that we should seize the historical opportunities brought by the new economy, meet the challenges posed by the new economy and promote the healthy and rapid economic development of our country.
