作为我国刑罚制度重大改革的社区矫正,也是我国预防犯罪体系的重要组成部分。我们应根据未成年犯身心特征及国际未成年人司法准则之要求,适应提高矫正质量的需要,进一步完善立法,提高社区矫正工作者素质。在借鉴他国先进经验的同时,引入人格调查制度,健全社区矫正的检察监督,帮助未成年犯顺利的回归社会。
As a major reform of the penal system in our country, community correction is also an important part of our crime prevention system. We should adapt ourselves to the needs of improving the quality of correction according to the physical and psychological characteristics of juvenile offenders and the judicial guidelines for international juveniles, further improve legislation and improve the quality of community corrections workers. While drawing on the advanced experience of other countries, we will introduce a personality investigation system and improve procuratorial supervision of community correction so as to help juvenile criminals smoothly return to society.
