以四氯化钛为主要原料,采用微波辅助法制得TiO2光催化材料。运用X射线衍射线、紫外可见光漫反射、拉曼光谱及扫描电子显微镜等多种方法进行表征和分析。结果表明,采用微波辅助法能够获得纳米TiO2,且微波法能够制备出和常规加热法同样的产品,但微波加热快捷省时。焙烧温度对TiO2结构和光催化活性有重要的影响。微波焙烧较适宜的温度为400~600℃。
Titanium tetrachloride as the main raw material, the use of microwave assisted TiO2 photocatalytic material. X-ray diffraction lines, UV-visible diffuse reflectance, Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize and analyze the results. The results show that the nano-TiO2 can be obtained by the microwave-assisted method, and the microwave heating method can produce the same product as the conventional heating method, but the microwave heating is quick and time-saving. The calcination temperature has an important influence on the structure and photocatalytic activity of TiO2. Microwave roasting the most suitable temperature is 400 ~ 600 ℃.
