鞍钢作为我国最大的钢铁联合企业,解放以来为国家作出了较大的贡献。从1949年到1994年,累计生产钢23059万吨,占全国钢产量的18.23％;钢材14718万吨,占全国钢材产量的15.11％,累计上交利税531.6亿元,同时还调出50000多名干部工人支援了全国重点冶金企业的建设。但是,在向市场经济转变的进程中,也遇到一些问题和困难,下面结合鞍钢的实际,作一具体分析。
