用反复低温暴露应激负荷动物探讨了知母的抗应激作用及其活性成分。 方法:应激负荷动物模型的制作:将雄性5周龄ddY系小鼠分组,每组10只,在24℃环境中饲养4d,其间进行7次低温(4℃)刺激。药物效果判定:以对上述应激负荷小鼠的戊巴比妥(PB)睡眠时间的影响为指标进行探讨。
The anti-stress effect and its active ingredients of Anemarrhena asarum were investigated with stress-stressed animals exposed to repeated low-temperature exposure. METHODS: Preparation of stress-stressed animal models: Male 5-week-old ddY mice were divided into groups of 10 mice and reared in a 24°C environment for 4 days, during which time low temperature (4°C) stimulation was performed. Drug effect determination: The effect of pentobarbital (PB) sleep time on the above-mentioned stress-loaded mice was examined as an index.
