现有工业品样板的制作方法。一般采用硬纸作材料,将特定的图形直接描写在硬纸上,根据图形剪出样板。利用这种方法做成各种样板,使用次数多了就发软变形,字迹脱落,而且纸样上面的线条容易被切割,造成工业成品规格不一。同时,纸样也不耐温不耐湿。本技术的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种衣、鞋、帽、细巧工艺品以及需要批量切割的轻工制品的样板制作方法。首先将特定的样板图形以及尺寸数据描绘在纸上,然后将图形复印到有一定硬度的透明的材料上,再在复印图形面部涂上胶水,待图形晾干后依照线条进行切割。
