近几年在冶金矿山,KD-100型钻机用于坑内金刚石钻进已越来越多,交流这方面的操作技术和孔内故障处理经验很有必要. 安装技术1.硐室规格:长5.5米,高2.2米,宽2.2米. 2.安装钻机前要处理顶板松石,清理底板废碴,钻机各部件加油,检查辅助设备是否完好,确保安全、文明生产. 3.为了方便操作,风压开关安装高度1.5米,操作盘(手轮)安装高度0.95米,钻机与掘进方向的岩壁间距为0.8～1米.
