初秋九月,天高气爽。中国钱币代表团一行8人,登上了飞往欧洲的飞机,去参加将于布鲁塞尔举行的第十一届国际钱币学大会。我会在1986年曾派员以观察身分出席在伦敦举行的第十届国际钱币学大会,而这一次,是我会被批准加入国际钱币学委员会以后,第一次以正式会员的身分参加国际钱币学大会。我们的代表团由中国钱币学会和一些省、市、自治区的钱币学会联合派员组成。团长是中国钱币学会秘书长戴志强,我担任代表团的秘书长,聘请中国人民银行印制总公司王志强副处长担任译员,代表团的其他成员来自五个省区,有
Early autumn in September, awe-inspiring. Chinese money delegation of 8 people, boarded the plane flying to Europe, to attend the 11th International Conference of numismatics to be held in Brussels. I would send a member in 1986 to observe my identity at the Tenth International Seminar of Numismatics in London, and this time, I will be approved to join the International Numismatics Commission and attend for the first time as a full member of the International Numismatic Assembly. Our delegation is composed of the China Numismatic Institute and some co-workers of the Numismatic Institute in some provinces, cities and autonomous regions. The head of the group is Dai Zhiqiang, secretary general of the Chinese Numismatic Institute. As the secretary general of the delegation, Wang Zhiqiang, deputy director of the Printing Corporation of the People’s Bank of China, is hired as a translator. The other members of the delegation come from five provinces and autonomous regions.
