医院图书馆要更好地为读者服务,其中一个重要方面,就是要提高护士读者的自我服务能力。本文就这个问题,谈点粗浅看法。 一、问题的提出 护士是医院建设的一支重要力量,在医学图书馆的读者中,占有相当的比例。但是,护士读者的自我服务能力,与其所担负的任务和要求相比,还有待进一步提高。 1.护理人员在医院占有举足轻重的地位。提高护理人员的业务素质,一条重要途径,就是从书本中获取理性认识。护理知识也同其它知识一样纷繁复杂,每个护理人员只能接触护理方面的一部分。而通过文献资料,直接得到理性知识,并在理论指导下工作,就显得格外重要。要做到这一点,就必须学会利用书刊资料,提高自我服务能力。 2.护理上作做为医学学科中的一个分支,其工作的广度和深度,正在发生变化。护理人员从以往单纯的为患者打针、服药,转而开展全方位护理服务。比如:为患者进行生理或心理咨询,医患关系的研究,
