荧光素经血循环能使哪些神经元被标记,对正在兴起的荧光素逆行示踪枝术的结果判定具有重要意义。本文选用成年小白鼠和大白鼠经尾静脉注射五种荧光素,其中 TB、FB、EB 标记的神经元广泛分布于脑干躯体运动性核团、内脏运动性核团、脊髓前角、丘脑下部室旁灰质和周围感觉神经节,TB 还标记了黑质细胞。而 Ny、Bb 标记的神经元只分布于感觉性神经节。荧光标记细胞还分布于软膜、脉络丛和脊髓中央管上皮。
Which neurons can be marked by the blood circulation of fluorescein is of great significance for the determination of the outcome of the emerging retrograde tracing of fluorescein. Ny, Bb-labeled neurons only distributed in sensory ganglia. Fluorescently labeled cells are also distributed in the pia mater, choroid plexus and spinal cord central epithelium.
