叶面喷肥对‘早金酥’梨果实有机酸含量的影响

以‘早金酥’梨为试材,在生长季节叶面喷施氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和稀土肥,用高效液相色谱法测定成熟果实主要有机酸含量,研究不同矿质营养对梨果实总有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施氮肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著增加,而乳酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施磷肥可以使果实苹果酸、草酸和总有机酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施钾肥可以使果实苹果酸、奎尼酸和总有机酸含量显著增加,而莽草酸和乳酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施钙肥可以使果实苹果酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施镁肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著增加;叶面喷施稀土肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸、莽草酸、乳酸和总有机酸含量显著降低。 In the growing season, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and rare earth fertilizers were sprayed on the leaves of ’Zaojinzu’ pears. The main organic acids in mature fruits were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Effect of Total Organic Acids in Pear Fruits. The results showed that foliar application of nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the contents of quinic acid, citric acid and total organic acids, while the content of lactic acid decreased significantly. Phosphorus fertilizers on the leaves could significantly decrease the content of malic acid, oxalic acid and total organic acids ; Foliar application of potassium fertilizer could significantly increase the content of malic acid, quinic acid and total organic acids in fruit, while the content of shikimic acid and lactic acid decreased significantly; foliar application of calcium fertilizer could make malic acid, citric acid and total organic acids The content of quinic acid, citric acid and total organic acids in leaves were significantly increased by foliar application of magnesium fertilizers. Fertilization of foliar fertilizers on the leaves of the fruits could significantly decrease the contents of quinic acid, citric acid, shikimic acid, lactic acid and total organic Acid content decreased significantly.
