以‘早金酥’梨为试材,在生长季节叶面喷施氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和稀土肥,用高效液相色谱法测定成熟果实主要有机酸含量,研究不同矿质营养对梨果实总有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施氮肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著增加,而乳酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施磷肥可以使果实苹果酸、草酸和总有机酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施钾肥可以使果实苹果酸、奎尼酸和总有机酸含量显著增加,而莽草酸和乳酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施钙肥可以使果实苹果酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著降低;叶面喷施镁肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸和总有机酸含量显著增加;叶面喷施稀土肥可以使果实奎尼酸、柠檬酸、莽草酸、乳酸和总有机酸含量显著降低。
In the growing season, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and rare earth fertilizers were sprayed on the leaves of ’Zaojinzu’ pears. Fertilization of foliar fertilizers on the leaves of the fruits could significantly decrease the contents of quinic acid, citric acid, shikimic acid, lactic acid and total organic Acid content decreased significantly.
