当前,我军各项建设事业正处于体制转型、战略转变的重要时期,军人保险工作面临新的形势和任务。我们一定要站在时代的制高点和战略全局的高度,认清形势,与时俱进,开拓创新,不断加强军人保险理论建设、制度建设、人才建设和工作作风建设,创造性地抓好军人保险工作落实。要加强组织领导,严格制度规定,实施科学管理,努力提高军人保险管理效益,为推进军队质量建设,促进部队稳定,增强部队凝聚力和战斗力提供有力保障。
