创业风险投资是推动“大众创业,万众创新”的关键要素之一,对加快经济转型升级与增强创新驱动能力有重要意义和作用。四川创业风险投资发展相对不足,存在规模偏小、社会募集不够、投资于高新产业占比偏低、专业人才紧缺等问题。因此应支持创业风险投资扩大规模,帮助拓展投资项目,培养引进高级专业人才,促进创业风险投资中介服务,引导创业风险投资业健康发展,营造创业投资环境,加快推动四川创业风险投资发展。
Venture capital investment is one of the key elements in promoting “public entrepreneurship and innovation” and plays an important role in accelerating economic restructuring and upgrading and enhancing innovation-driven capabilities.
