随着生态环境的变化,内蒙古社会治理面临许多新的挑战。而里格斯的生态学理论以自然以及人类文化环境与公共政策运行之间的相互影响为研究对象,清晰地描述了环境与管理的关系。因此,将内蒙古的社会治理置于整个理论中透视,分析其所处的特殊政治环境、经济环境、自然环境、社会人文环境等方面。针对生态环境带来的挑战和考验,应该从顶层设计方面提出应对策略。
With the change of ecological environment, social governance in Inner Mongolia faces many new challenges. And Riggs’s ecological theory takes the interaction between nature and human cultural environment and public policy operation as the research object, and clearly describes the relationship between environment and management. Therefore, the social governance in Inner Mongolia is placed in the perspective of the whole theory, analyzing its special political environment, economic environment, natural environment, social and human environment and so on. In response to the challenge and test of the ecological environment, we should put forward countermeasures from the top-level design.
