5月28日至6月2日,中国美术家协会机关刊物《美术》邀请全国各地五十多位美术理论家、画家,在青岛召开题为“发展有中国特色的社会主义美术”的研讨会. 会议在回顾中国社会主义美术发展史,总结正反两方面历史经验的基础上,着重探讨了社会主义美术的性质特征和发展规律等重要理论问题。与会者在讨论中大都认为,自觉的社会主义意识形态性和造型艺术的美学规律性的辩证统一,应该是社会主义美术的最基本的性质特征和发展规律。任何一种违背这种辩证统一的偏离,无论是忽视艺术规律性的“左”的倾向,还是忽视社会主义意识形态性的右的倾向,都会给社会主义美术的健康发展造成严重的危害。与会者在深入
From May 28 to June 2, more than 50 fine art theorists and painters from all over the country were invited by the art publication “Fine Arts” of the Chinese Artists Association to hold a seminar entitled “Developing Socialist Fine Arts with Chinese Characteristics” in Qingdao On the basis of reviewing the history of the development of socialist art in China and summarizing both positive and negative historical experiences, the conference focused on important theoretical issues such as the nature and development of socialist art. During the discussion, most participants considered that the dialectical unification of the conscious socialist ideology and the aesthetic regularity of plastic arts should be the most basic feature and the law of development of socialist art.
