随着国家社会的发展与变化,民族问题的内容和性质也同样发生着相应的变化,这就需要解决民族问题的方式和途径有新的变化和发展,从而与民族问题的变化相适应。马克思主义民族观作为中国处理民族问题的指导理论,同样需要有新的发展。马克思主义民族观要想适应当代民族问题,有新的发展,在了解什么是民族,认清民族当代含义的基础上,要坚持与时俱进,与社会实际相结合,坚持平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系,同时坚持各民族“谁也离不开谁”的主张。
With the development and changes of the national society, the content and nature of ethnic issues also change correspondingly. This requires new changes and developments in the ways and means of resolving ethnic issues, so as to adapt to the changes in ethnic issues. As the guiding theory for handling ethnic issues in China, the Marxist concept of nation also needs new developments. On the basis of understanding what the nation is and understanding the contemporary meanings of the nation, Marxist national outlook must keep pace with the times and integrate with the reality of the society. We should uphold equality, unity and mutual assistance , Harmonious socialist ethnic relations, while insisting that all ethnic groups “who can not do without ”.
