应用放射免疫分析法测定了安静状态下４３例充血性心力衰竭病人（ＮＹＨＡ心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级）血浆神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）的含量，并与２０例正常人对照。结果表明，心衰病人组血浆ＮＰＹ含量明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。并探讨了ＮＰＹ在心力衰竭中的临床意义。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels in 43 patients with congestive heart failure (NYHA functional class Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ) at rest and compared with 20 healthy controls. The results showed that plasma NPY levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.001). And explored the clinical significance of NPY in heart failure.
