用武功、扶风县不同肥力的土壤进行盆钵和田间试验。结果表明,对于豆科作物,不管单施氮肥是否有效,均不能提高磷肥效果;对非豆科作物,施氮一般能提高磷肥肥效,但主要取决于土壤供磷水平高,施磷无明显效果,反之则有效。氮肥对磷肥肥效的影响也受土壤供氮水平制约。施磷有效又严重缺氮的土壤,施氮对磷肥的增效最为明显;氮素丰富的土壤、施氮对磷肥效果的作用已不再显著。施用氮、磷肥后作物体内的氮、磷增长量与土壤本身的有效氮、磷含量有着明显的一致性,即有效氮、磷低的土壤,施肥后,体内的氮、磷量增长比率高,反之则低。这说明了在不同土壤上施用氮肥对磷肥肥效影响的差异。
