本文介绍了25吨顶底复吹转炉风嘴布置的水力学模型实验结果,探讨了最佳化风嘴布置强化熔池搅拌的机理,从而提出了最佳化风嘴布置的条件:(1)1≤2h×tan10°,(2)底吹射流应处于顶吹的火点区内。
In this paper, the experimental results on the hydraulic model of the nozzle layout of a 25-ton top-bottom double-blown converter are introduced, and the mechanism of the optimized nozzle arrangement for enhancing the mixing of the puddle is discussed. The optimal conditions for the nozzle placement are put forward: (1) 1≤2h × tan10 °, (2) Bottom-blown jets should be within the top-blown fire zone.
