Recurrent oral cancer ulcer (ROU) is a multi-etiological disease. Oral recurrent ulceration occurs mainly due to impaired immune system. Lehner classifies it into three types: (1) MiAU, (2) MjAU, and (3) herpetic-like ulcers (HU).
