应用 RAPD标记技术对番茄杂种一代粤星种子纯度的鉴定进行研究的结果表明 :在 15 9个随机引物的 RAPD反应中 ,有 11个引物使亲本间具有多态性 ;分别用母本特异引物 OPJ- 11和父本特异引物 OPF- 0 9就可以对番茄一代杂种粤星种子纯度进行RAPD鉴定 ,检测结果与田间鉴定结果一致
The RAPD marker technique was used to identify the purity of tomato hybrids. The results showed that among the 15 random primers, 11 primers were used to make polymorphisms in the parents. The primers OPJ - 11 and the paternal specific primer OPF-0 9 could identify RAPD of the purity of tomato hybrid F1 with the same result as the field test
