本文对M38高温合金切削过程中的切屑形成及获得根状切屑标本的弹簧冲击式测力-落刀装置的运动特性进行高速摄影分析,并与爆炸式落刀装置的运动特性进行比较;说明弹簧冲击式测力-落刀装置的运动特性较优。认为把高速摄影与判读分析技术应用于金属切削过程的研究很有意义。
In this paper, the high-speed photography analysis of the chip formation and the movement characteristics of the spring-impact force-dropper device for obtaining the root swarf specimen during the cutting process of the M38 superalloy was carried out and compared with the movement characteristics of the blasting cutter device. Impact force - off the knife device has better motion characteristics. It is significant to apply high-speed photography and interpretation technology to the metal cutting process.
