新买的电动车上路仅仅一周,就突然无法启动,这让南昌市民付先生很是烦心。为此,他要求台铃电动车专卖店退车,却遭到拒绝。付先生告诉笔者,6月18日,他在位于南昌市洪城路电动车一条街台铃电动车专卖店,花3880元购买了一辆台铃路豹二代电动车。6月25日,当他驾车行驶在何坊西路时,电动车突然停了下来。“电池显示电量充足,可是车却无法启动。”随后,他联系台铃售后部进行路救,但是对方也无法修好。
