用指数衰减修正模型(EMG)研究了峰的不对称性对色谱参数的影响,由此得到了一个反映分离度和误差关系的经验公式。研究了不对称状态下柱温的最优化,所得结果优于用高斯模型得到的相应结果.
The exponential decay correction model (EMG) was used to study the influence of peak asymmetry on the chromatographic parameters. An empirical formula reflecting the relationship between resolution and error was obtained. The optimization of column temperature under asymmetric conditions was studied and the results obtained were better than those obtained with Gaussian model.
