The defendant Song Xiaoyong, male, 34 years old, caught before the Department of Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Grain Qingliang Branch Supo Bridge grain station business section chief and Supo warehouse director. On March 5, 1997, Qingyang District People’s Procuratorate of Chengdu filed a case investigation on Song Xiaoyong for embezzlement. On February 18, 1998, Qingyang District People’s Procuratorate of Chengdu filed a public prosecution in Chengdu Qingyang District People’s Court. The indictment found the defendant Song Xiaoyong guilty of the crime as follows: Defendant Song Xiaoyong served as the chief of the business and the warehouse manager of Supoqiao Grain Mill Station of Qingyang Branch of Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Grain.
