目前国内外已有的脑卒中动物模型,多采用正常血压、无脑血管基础病变的动物来复制,由于这些模型与临床上的高血压动脉硬化性脑卒中有本质的不同,用于脑卒中的发病机理研究仍有诸多不足。针对上述情况,我校在得到国家七·五攻关课题的资助下,经几年的反复研究,从众多的高血压动物模型中,选择了普通的SD大白鼠,复制成功了双肾双夹型肾血管性高血压大白鼠模型。该模型与目前国际上公认的最佳高血压性脑卒中模型——易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠相比,具有相似的自发脑卒中率,且避免了遗传局
At present, domestic and foreign animal models of stroke have mostly used animals with normal blood pressure and no underlying cerebral vascular disease to replicate.
