一《中学语文教学大纲》(试行草案)培养议论能力的规定是否妥当? 《大纲》是语文教学的指导思想和依据。关于议论文的教学,《大纲》也提出了原则和要求,这主要见之于以下几个方面: 第一,《大纲·教学的目的和要求》中指出:“中学语文教学读写训练的要求是:初中阶段,学生能够阅读通俗的政治、科技读物和文艺读物……能写一般的记叙、说明、议论的文章……高中阶段,学生能够比较熟练地阅读一般的政治、科技读物和文艺读物……能写比较复杂的记叙、说明、议论的文章……”
