常用于胶束增溶分光光度法测定锆的显色剂有棓因,苯芴酮,但这些方法因干扰较多,未见用于铝合金中痕量锆的测定。目前常用于铝合金中锆的测定方法有茜素S法,二甲酚橙光度法,但其灵敏度较差。本文报导在溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下(下称CPB),用溴连苯三酚红(下称BPR)作显色剂,光度法测定铝合金中痕量锆的方法。实验表明:在0.16N盐酸介质中,存在CPB,Zr-BPR络合物在640nm米处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为3.76×10~4,较CPB不存在时灵敏度提高6.6倍,较茜素S法提高5倍,是二甲酚橙法的1.7倍。
Commonly used in micellar solubilising spectrophotometric determination of zirconium developers have 棓 Yin, benzene fluorenone, but these methods due to interference more, no trace used for the determination of zirconium in aluminum alloys. Currently used in determination of zirconium in aluminum are alizarin S method, xylenol orange luminosity method, but its sensitivity is poor. This paper reports a method for the determination of trace zirconium in aluminum alloys by using bromopyrene pyrogallol red (hereinafter referred to as BPR) as chromogenic agent in the presence of cetyl pyridinium bromide (hereinafter referred to as CPB). Experiments show that: in 0.16N hydrochloric acid medium, the presence of CPB, Zr-BPR complex maximum absorption at 640nm, the molar absorption coefficient of 3.76 × 10 ~ 4, compared with CPB in the absence of increased sensitivity 6.6 times more alizarin S method to improve 5 times, is xylenol orange method 1.7 times.
