［目的］探讨复方西洋参口服液的抗氧化作用．［方法］测定亚硝酸钠清除率和抗氧化物歧化酶 活力及丙二醛含量．［结果］复方西洋参口服液对亚硝酸钠有良好的清除作用，能明显提高大民血浆抗 氧化物歧化酶活力，降低丙二醇含量．［结论］复方西洋参口服液具有一定的抗氧化作用．
[Objective] To investigate the anti-oxidation effect of compound American ginseng oral liquid. [Method] Determination of sodium nitrite clearance, antioxidant dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content. [Results] Compound oral ginseng oral liquid had a good scavenging effect on sodium nitrite, and it could significantly increase the plasma anti-oxidant dismutase activity and reduce propylene glycol content. [Conclusion] Compound American ginseng oral solution has certain antioxidation effect.
