广东省人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改《广东省统计管理条例》有关条文的决定根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》的有关规定,广东省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十二次会议决定对《广东省统计管理条例》作如下修改:一、第十七条修改为:“对有下列违法行为之一者,根据情节轻重进行通报批评、给予罚款或行政处分:(一)虚报、瞒报统计资料的;(二)伪造、篡改统计资料的:(三)拒报或者屡次迟报统计资料的。

Article 17 is amended as: ”Those who have one of the following violations shall be notified and criticized according to the seriousness of the situation and shall be fined or administratively punished: (1) Conceal the statistical data; (2) forge or tamper with the statistical data: (3) refuse or delay the submission of statistical data.
