实行家庭联产承包制以来,松桃苗族自治县的庭院经济迅速崛起,已成为全县农村经济中富有活力的一个方面军,是开发松桃自然资源、振兴民族经济的一个新的起点。目前,如何推动民族地区庭院经济突飞猛进,是深化农村经济体制改革的重大课题。本文试结合松桃实际,就其发展过程中具有普遍性和规律性的问题,作一尝试性探讨。
Since the implementation of the household contract co-production system, the courtyard economy in Songtao Miao Autonomous County has risen rapidly and has become a vigorous force in the rural economy of the whole county. It is a new starting point for developing natural resources of Songtao and rejuvenating the national economy. At present, how to promote the rapid development of the courtyard economy in ethnic areas is a major issue for deepening the reform of the rural economic system. This paper, combined with the actual pine nut, on the development process of its universality and regularity, make a tentative discussion.
