技能有动作技能和心智技能的区别，都是通过训练才能获得。由分解动作训练、连续动作训练才能形成完整、规范、熟练的动作技能。心智技能是动作技能的重要基础，是技能教学成败的关键。提高学生心智技能，要培养学生冷静思考问题的习惯和独立完成作业的能力，充分利用电化教育和教师的示范教学，培养学生的联想、想象和遐想能力。校企联姻是提高学生技能的重要途径。
The difference between skills and mental skills is obtained through training. Decomposition by the action training, continuous action training to form a complete, standardized and skilled motor skills. Mental skill is an important basis for motor skills, the key to the success of skills teaching. To improve students’ mental skills, we should cultivate students’ habit of thinking calmly and independently, and make full use of e-education and teacher’s demonstration teaching to develop students’ ability of association, imagination and reverie. School-enterprise marriage is an important way to improve students’ skills.
