本文用混合花环试验对82例出血热患者的Tr细胞进行了动态研究。比较了PHA与肾上腺醣皮质激素对Tr百分率的影响。分析了Tr与其他免疫指标及病情的关系,认为Tr百分率的降低是免疫紊乱的标志。
In this paper, 82 cases of hemorrhagic fever patients with Tr cells were studied dynamically by mixed rosette test. The effects of PHA and glucocorticoids on Tr percentage were compared. The relationship between Tr and other immune parameters and their condition was analyzed. It is considered that the decrease of Tr percentage is a sign of immune disorder.
