【目的/意义】探讨适应“互联网+”战略背景的图书馆信息生态环境构成因子及其关系旨在推动信息资源的有序组织和增值,保障信息生态系统的良性运行,促进图书馆服务模式转型。【方法/过程】采用层次分析法构建图书馆信息生态环境构成因子的评价模型,利用数学方法确定各项因素的权重值,为信息生态环境构成因子及其相互作用的优化决策提供依据。【结果/结论】图书馆信息生态环境是信息主体、信息客体、信息介体、信息环体和信息链体相互平衡、相互协调的结果,信息链体统筹、协调、引导并制约着各因子的相互联系和作用方式,以定量研究结果为参考优化图书馆信息生态环境的构成是维护图书馆信息生态系统平衡与可持续发展的基础。
[Purpose / Significance] To explore the compositional factors and their relationship of library information eco-environment adapted to the “Internet + ” strategic background. The aim is to promote the orderly organization and value-added of information resources, ensure the sound operation of information ecosystem and promote library services Model transformation. 【Method / Process】 The AHP method is used to construct the evaluation model of the information elements of the information environment of the library. Mathematical methods are used to determine the weight of each factor, which provides the basis for the decision-making of information eco-environment composition factors and their interactions. [Results / Conclusion] The information environment of the library is the result of the balance and coordination among the information subject, the information object, the information mediator, the information annulus and the information chain body. The information chain body co-ordinates, coordinates and guides and restricts the Interrelated and mode of action, and taking quantitative research results as references, the composition of library information ecological environment is the basis to maintain the balance and sustainable development of library information ecosystem.
