宪政是最能够集中体现政治文明的政治法律形态,不仅宪政的基本原则与政治文明的终极关怀是一致的,而且宪政制度下的民主政治是政治文明持续存在与发展的根本制度保障。宪政要求政府运行法治化,提供了政治文明的基本运作方式。当然,由于多种原因的存在,我国宪政建设还存在许多困难,这需要宪政制度的建立与追求政治文明双重推进。
Constitutionalism is the most political form that can embody political civilization most. Not only is the basic principle of constitutionalism consistent with the ultimate concern of political civilization, but also the democratic politics under the constitutional system is the fundamental system guarantee of the continuous existence and development of political civilization. Constitutional government requires the government to run the rule of law, providing the basic operation of political civilization. Of course, due to a variety of reasons, there still exist many difficulties in the construction of constitutional government in our country, which requires the establishment of a constitutional system and the double promotion of political civilization.
