基于DEA的Malmquist指数法,先对全国29个省域(1986~2009年)的全要素能源效率进行测算,然后通过ARDL方法实证分析广义技术进步对能源效率的改善作用。结果表明全国总体上的能源效率存在波动性(均值为2.3%),各地区水平差异较大;长期中技术效率和技术进步对不同区域能源效率的改善效果和机制各不相同,其1%的变动会对全国总体分别带来0.46%和0.95%的影响。
Based on the Malmquist index method of DEA, the total factor energy efficiency of 29 provinces in China (1986-2009) is calculated. Then, the ARDL method is used to empirically analyze the improvement effect of generalized technology on energy efficiency. The results show that the overall energy efficiency in the country fluctuates (with an average of 2.3%) and varies greatly across regions. In the long term, technical efficiency and technological progress have different effects and mechanisms for improving energy efficiency in different regions. The 1% Changes will bring 0.46% and 0.95% respectively to the overall national impact.
