《家电检修技术》2004年9期《D4053BC 损坏后不能用 CIM053BCN 代换》一文,揭示了华龙YS60SAV/TV 转换板 D4053BC 损坏后,不能用CD4053BCN 代换的现象。本文试对此作一分析。CD4053是 CMOS 三-2选1双向模拟开关,共16个引脚,内部包括3个独立控制的2选1双向开关(见图1)。其中 INH(⑥脚)为芯片使能端,低电平有效。INH=“1”时,3个开关均断开;只有在 INH=“0”时,3个开关才分别受对应的控制端 A、B、C 的控制而工作:当 A=0时,X 端与 x0接通;A=1时,经 X 端与 x1接通。当 B=0时,Y 端与 y0接通;B=1时,Y 端与 y1接通。当 C=0时,Z 端与 z0接通;C=1时,Z 端与 z1接
