糖甜菜是我国北方的主要经济作物,既是主产区农户的重要经济来源,又是轻工业经济收入的主要来源之一。宁夏回族自治区的自然条件适于糖甜菜生长发育,自七十年代开始大面积种植糖甜菜,最初几年块根平均含糖份高达18%左右,但随着糖甜菜种植面积的不断扩大,加之科学种植水平提高缓慢,块根含糖逐年波浪式下降,其原因是多方面的,但人为的因素不可忽视,必须下大力气加以改变。为达到这一目的,现提出个人意见供商榷。
Sugar beet is the main cash crop in northern China. It is not only an important source of income for farmers in the main producing areas, but also one of the major sources of income for light industry. The natural conditions of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region are suitable for the growth and development of sugar beet. Sugar beet cultivation has been carried out on a large area since the 1970s. The average sugar content of root tubers in the first few years was as high as 18%. However, with the continuous expansion of sugar beet planting area, The reason is that many factors such as the low level of cultivation and the sweetening of sugarcane root are declining year by year. However, man-made factors can not be ignored and must be greatly changed. To this end, my personal views are put forward for discussion.
