目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定启阳胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-醋酸(45:50:5),流速:1 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:270 nm,柱温:室温。结果:淫羊藿苷浓度在0.047 9～0.958 0μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.14%,RSD为0.51%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便快捷,适于该制剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Qiyang capsule. Methods: Kromasil C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water and acetic acid at a flow rate of 1 ml · min -1 Wavelength: 270 nm, column temperature: room temperature. Results: Icariin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) within the range of 0.047 9-0.9580 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 99.14% and a RSD of 0.51% (n = 6) . Conclusion: This method is simple and quick, suitable for the determination of the content of the preparation.
