以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵与氯乙酸钠醚化法,制备了不同羧甲基取代度的交联两性淀粉(以下简称CAS),并采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得样品进行表征。实验结果表明:原淀粉已经羧甲基化与季铵基化,得到CAS。在T=25℃、t=20min。pH4.0的吸附条件下,使用CAS吸附含Cr(VI)的重金属废水;当m(CAS)=50mg时,CAS吸附效果最佳。△Hθ与△Gθ为负值,说明CAS吸附Cr(VI)的过程是放热的,且在常温下可自发进行。
Using epichlorohydrin as cross-linking agent, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride and sodium chloroacetate etherification method were used to prepare cross-linked amphoteric starch with different carboxymethyl substitution degree CAS). The obtained samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the native starch has been carboxymethylated and quaternized to give CAS. At T = 25 ° C, t = 20 min. At pH4.0, the adsorption of heavy metal wastewater containing Cr (VI) by using CAS was studied. CAS adsorption was best when m (CAS) = 50 mg. △ Hθ and △ Gθ are negative, indicating that the process of CAS adsorption Cr (VI) is exothermic, and spontaneous at room temperature.
