目的:观察五倍子水提取物对牙周炎组织中胶原酶活性的影响,并探讨其抗炎作用机制。方法:应用羟脯氨酸检测法,观察6.25 ug/ml、12.5 ug/ml2、5 ug/ml、50 ug/ml、100 ug/ml 5种浓度五倍子水提取物对胶原酶活性的影响。结果:与胶原酶组比较,各浓度组五倍子水提取物均能明显降低胶原酶活性,其作用呈浓度依赖性。但浓度在100 ug/ml以内时,其抑制效果比5 ug/ml的强力霉素低。结论:五倍子水提取物能够阻断胶原酶对结缔组织的破坏作用,抑制或减缓牙周炎的进展。
Objective: To observe the effect of gallnut water extract on collagenase activity in periodontitis and to explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism. METHODS: Hydroxyproline assay was used to observe the effects of gallon water extracts at concentrations of 6.25 ug/ml, 12.5 ug/ml, 2.5 ug/ml, 50 ug/ml, and 100 ug/ml on collagenase activity. RESULTS: Compared with the collagenase group, the gallnut water extracts in each concentration group could significantly reduce the activity of collagenase in a concentration-dependent manner. However, when the concentration is within 100 ug/ml, the inhibitory effect is lower than that of 5 ug/ml of doxycycline. Conclusion: Gallnut water extract can block the destruction of connective tissue by collagenase and inhibit or slow the progression of periodontitis.
