四川油气田海相地层存在易漏失水层,安全密度窗口窄,常规主要采用堵漏方式处理,漏失钻井液量大,处理复杂时间长,部分井只能通过开窗侧钻或提前下套管方式解决。控压钻井技术主要解决窄安全密度窗口地层严重井漏、溢漏同存工程难题,并成功应用于四川油气田裂缝性储层。该技术在四川油气田TB101-H3井易漏失水层进行了首次应用,解决了水层段溢漏同存工程复杂,提高了钻井时效、确保了钻井作业顺利进行,为控压钻井技术在易漏失水层的应用总结了经验,有利于促进该技术应用范围的拓展。
There is a water-loss layer in the marine strata of Sichuan oil-gas field, which has a narrow security density window. Conventional methods mainly use plugging methods. Large amounts of drilling fluid are lost and the processing time is long. Some wells can only be drilled through side- solve. Controlled-pressure drilling technology mainly solves the problems of severe well leakage and spillover with narrow safety density in the stratum of the window and is successfully applied to the fractured reservoir in Sichuan oil and gas field. The technology was first applied to the TB101-H3 well in Leakage Water Layer in Sichuan Oil and Gas Field, which solved the problem of reservoir spill coexistence project, increased drilling time, ensured smooth drilling operation, The application of water layer sums up the experience, which is helpful to promote the application of this technology.
