一、基本要求 1.《鉴定规范》的编写应贯彻国家有关法令、法规和政策,依据相应的《国家职业技能标准》或《工人技术等级标准》,不得与之相违背; 2.《鉴定规范》中的文字表达应简明、准确、逻辑严谨、通俗易懂,不用概念模糊的词语,避免产生歧义; 3.《鉴定规范》的内容采用分等级列表进行表述,定性描述与定量描述相结合,尽量多用定量描述,使其内容明确具体,具有可操作性;
