随着网络成为信息传播的大平台,公众对公共危机的重视度和关注度提高,公共危机网络传播管理变得越来越重要,它影响政府形象和对公共危机的全局管理,但公共危机网络传播管理复杂度大,难度高,管理中存在着不少问题。本文运用系统动力学的理论和方法来研究公共危机网络传播管理问题,构建公共危机网络传播系统动力学模型以探究公共危机网络传播的机制,并进行计算机仿真运行和干预实验,最终得出一些具有参考价值的管理建议。
With the network becoming the platform for information dissemination, public attention and concern about the public crisis have become more and more important.
